Privacy Policy for Dream Paisa
Unauthorized Developers ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Dream Paisa mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.
We aim to be transparent about the information handled by Dream Paisa and the third-party services used by the App. By using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where applicable, we will request your consent separately for optional data collection, such as analytics.
1. Information Collection and Storage
A. Local Storage
Our App uses local device storage, such as AsyncStorage, an internal database (SQLite), or shared preferences, to store application data locally on your device.
This data may include:
- In-app progress, task statuses, reward points, and balance tracking.
- User preferences and app settings.
- Financial records entered by you, such as transactions, bills, budgets, or categories.
- Cached session data and other application-related information.
Important: This application data is primarily stored locally on your device and is not intentionally transmitted to or stored on our own external private servers. If you clear the App's cache or data, reset the App, or uninstall the App, locally stored information may be permanently erased.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Dream Paisa uses third-party services to provide advertising, optional analytics, and crash diagnostics. These services may collect and process certain information from your device according to their respective privacy policies.
A. Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. To provide and personalize advertisements, limit repetitive advertisements, detect fraud, measure performance, and improve its services, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect and process certain information from your device, including:
- Advertising Identifier: Google Advertising ID (AAID / GAID), where available.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size, carrier, language settings, and technical metrics.
- Location Data: Approximate or coarse location derived from IP address.
- Diagnostics Data: Interaction metrics such as clicks and impressions.
Authorized seller records for our AdMob integration can be inspected publicly at our verified app-ads.txt file. For more details on Google's practices, please review Google Privacy Policy and Google AdMob Policies.
B. Firebase Analytics (Optional)
Dream Paisa may use Google Firebase Analytics to understand general feature usage and improve stability.
Analytics Consent: Firebase Analytics is treated as an optional service. Where the App presents an analytics consent request, you can choose whether to allow analytics collection. Choosing "Don't Allow" does not affect your ability to use the financial tracking features of Dream Paisa.
Dream Paisa does not intentionally send individual financial records, transaction amounts, or account balances to Firebase Analytics.
3. How We Use Information
Information handled by Dream Paisa and its third-party services may be used to:
- Provide and maintain App functionality.
- Store and display personal budgeting and financial records entered by you.
- Provide financial tracking, budgeting, and recurring payment calculations.
- Improve App stability, performance, and user experience.
- Display and measure advertisements through Google AdMob.
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, technical problems, or security issues.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell your manually entered financial records to third parties.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Because personal financial records are stored locally on your device, you have complete control over retention. You may delete records individually within the app, clear app data via Android Settings, or uninstall the application to remove locally stored data.
5. Children's Privacy
Dream Paisa is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and publish the revised version on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
